Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each set is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please make sure to select your sizes and styles carefully before placing your order

Why are returns not allowed?

All nail sets are custom, handmade products, made specifically for you. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not restock or reuse any items.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or changed. Our production process begins quickly to ensure timely delivery of your custom set.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

It is recommended to order a sizing kit or use the digital coin method as outlined in the guide prior to purchasing a full set. This will ensure the best fit and prevent sizing issues. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing after the order is placed.

How are the nails made? Are they factory made?

Every press-on nail set is individually handcrafted with care, creativity, and luxe-quality materials. No mass production — just pure auntie-level glam made just for you.

What is your processing and shipping time?

All nail sets are made to order, so please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout, but standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


During peak times, holidays, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your nail sets to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

We will review each case individually, but due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we may not be able to offer replacements unless the damage is due to a packaging or production issue.

What are Rich Auntie Nailz made of?

All of our press-on nailz are handcrafted using high-quality gel products, salon-grade materials, and luxe embellishments for a long-lasting, glamorous finish.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, your press-on nailz can be worn multiple times. We recommend using nail tabs or gentle glue removal methods to preserve the nails.

How long do the nails stay on?

Wear time depends on your application method.


With nail tabs: 1–3 days (perfect for short wear).

With nail glue: 1–2 weeks (for longer, secure wear).
Following our prep and removal instructions helps extend wear time.

How do I know what size I need?

We recommend ordering a sizing kit or following the digital coin method before purchasing a full set to ensure a perfect fit. Sizing kits available to purchase. Digital coin method are quick, easy, and the best way to get salon-level results at home.

Can I request a custom design?

At this time, we offer curated designs only. Custom orders may be available during special drops — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Our press-on nailz are made with professional-grade gel and materials, but we cannot guarantee that they are allergy-free. If you have known allergies to acrylic, gel products, nail glue, or adhesives, please use caution before ordering.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, so we highly recommend doing a patch test with your glue or tabs before full application.
